金子兵,眼科学教授、主任医师、 博导。 首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院副院长、北京市眼科研究所授权法人,首都医科大学眼科学院副院长。 围绕视网膜疾病和高度近视完成系列原创性工作,在视网膜类器官、 干细胞移植、 基因诊断及编辑治疗研究方面积累多年。 眼视光医学本科毕业后留校完成眼科住院医,留学日本八年完成博士、博士后研究,期间首创视网膜疾病患者 iPSC 分化视网膜细胞; 2010 年回国全职工作至今。主要领域:重大致盲性眼病的临床与再生医学研究。 曾获国家杰出青年科学基金、优秀青年科学基金、 青年北京学者、万人领军以及中国青年科技奖、亚太眼科成就奖等。《眼科》杂志执行主编。 发表学术论文 200 余篇,包含 PNAS(5)、 Sci Adv(2)、 Nat Commun 等,总引逾 5400 次, H指数 37。 中华医学会眼科分会学组委员, 北京医学会眼科分会常委、组长,牵头发起成立中国高度近视研究联盟(CHARM)。

Professor Jin is the full professor of Capital Medical University (CMU), vice president and chief physician of Beijing Tongren Hospital, CMU. He focuses on stem cell translational medicine in retinal health/pathologic myopia and genetic mechanisms of ocular diseases. His team is dedicating to make efforts on regenerating diseased retina in patients, elucidating the disease mechanisms of myopic and senile retinal degeneration, translating laboratory technology to improve bedside outcome, and solving key basic problems on the benchside. He has published more than 200 papers in SCI journals including PNAS, Science Advances, Nature Communications. Currently, he serves as editorial member for Experimental Eye Research, Asia-Pacific Journal of Ophthalmology and Ophthalmic Research. He founded China Aliance of Research in High Myopia (CHARM). In 2023, he was selected as the one of 19 new global members of The Macula Society (founded in 1977), USA.


Topic title: 人造生物眼的近未来可行性

Abstract: 人类的生存与发展依赖于视觉,而视觉发生于人眼。过去二十年来,随着发育生物学和干细胞技术的高度发展,通过模拟人眼内各类组织的体内发育调控,体外分化诱导日臻成熟,本次报告将围绕人眼关键组织的分化诱导、再生应用以及结合3D生物打印探讨人造生物眼的近未来可行性。
