Bioprinting for Cell Delivery Using Cell-adaptive Hydrogel
Cell-based therapeutics have emerged as a promising approach for the treatment of major diseases. However, existing cell-based therapies often face challenges, including low cell survival rates in vivo and high treatment costs. Biomaterials provide an effective means of modulating the cellular microenvironment, and their application in cell delivery offers a strategy for developing future cell-based therapeutics. In this study, we developed light-based fast bioprinting technologies and nanostructured cell-adaptive hydrogels for creating novel cell delivery system. Our work would inspire the development of novel cell-based therapeutic technologies.
