Innovation and application of key technologies for high-quality wound repair
Guided by the concept of "precise diagnosis and treatment of burn wounds", we have taken the lead in proposing the concept of precise wound repair, focusing on the "two basic points" of high-quality treatment of burn wounds (precise diagnosis and precise treatment of wounds), and have achieved the following representative results: (1) In response to the difficulty of traditional techniques in detecting complex and dynamically changing inflammatory states of wounds in vivo, dynamically, and accurately, we have created a ROS sensitive MRI probe that can monitor the level of wound inflammation in real-time, dynamically, and sensitively, and have achieved visualization, tracking, feedback, and precise diagnosis of the degree of wound inflammation. (2) To address the challenge of low precision and efficiency in existing inflammation interventions, a series of new technologies have been developed to precisely regulate key inflammatory mediators and immune cell polarization in wounds, significantly improving accuracy and efficiency, laying the foundation for maintaining the optimal inflammatory immune microenvironment in wounds. (3) In response to the challenges of tissue necrosis caused by insufficient vascularization of wounds, infection risk caused by delayed epithelialization, excessive scarring, and functional impairment, a progressive treatment strategy centered on promoting vascular reconstruction and epidermal regeneration was first proposed, achieving rapid vascularization, epithelial coverage, and functional healing with low scarring of wounds.
