Regeneration of Meniscus Cartilage Scaffold by 3D Printing
随着老龄化的出现,以及全民运动健身的推广,半月板退变和半月板损伤的患病率明显增加。半月板一旦损伤,无法自身修复,半月板的修复和再生一直是临床医生面临的难题。由于天然的、正常的半月板组成、结构、力学特点特殊,仿生制造非常困难,因此半月板的再生成为了医生、生物医学工程、增材制造领域研究的热点。本研究通过增材制造技术仿生打印半月板再生组织工程支架,并进行了生物医学体外研究和动物体内再生有效性试验,发现增材制造在半月板仿生制造方面有非常大的优势,同时也阐明3D打印在组织器官再生的生物制造方面有广泛的应用前景。
With the emergence of aging population and the promotion of national sports and fitness, the incidence of meniscus degeneration and meniscus injury has significantly increased. Once the meniscus is damaged, it cannot repair itself, and the repair and regeneration of the meniscus have always been a challenge faced by clinical doctors. Due to the unique composition, structure, and mechanical characteristics of natural and normal meniscus, biomimetic manufacturing is very difficult. Therefore, meniscus regeneration has become a hot topic in the fields of doctors, biomedical engineering, and additive manufacturing. This study used additive manufacturing technology to biomimetic print meniscus regeneration tissue engineering scaffolds, and conducted in vitro biomedical research and in vivo animal regeneration effectiveness experiments. It was found that additive manufacturing has great advantages in meniscus biomimetic manufacturing, and also clarified that 3D printing has broad application prospects in the biomanufacturing of tissue and organ regeneration.
